An event specifically for players of Minecraft: 'Your Otoliths - An Audio Route Guide for Minecrafters to the LAB Gallery' was a commissioned journey developed in response to the vividly hyper-performative premise of the show Tonight You Can Call Me Trish, curated by RGKSKSRG.
'Your Otoliths...' brought the audience on a meandering route from a computer shop in the exotic sensorial hybrid of Moore Street, past Jurassic era stone and across fiber optic cables underfoot to arrive at the gallery in the notoriously off-centre Foley Street. The journey was a real-time, physical engagment with the virtual and the everyday through a prism of geology, architecture, physiology and food.
Booked out tours departed hourly throughout March 1st 2014.
